USCIS Lockbox Filing Locations Chart for Certain Non-Family-Based Forms
Use this table to determine which USCIS lockbox you should send certain non-family-based forms to, based on your reason for filing, eligibility category, and where you live.
We specify the eligibility categories that use these addresses on the following pages:
- Direct Filing Addresses for Form I-360, Immigrant Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er) or Special Immigrant
- Direct Filing Addresses for Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
- Direct Filing Addresses for Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization
